Events Terms and Conditions
Registration cancellations must be notified to the Educate Plus team (firstname.lastname@example.org) at least 24 hours prior to the event in order to obtain a refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours, as well as ‘no shows’, are liable for the full registration fee. [In the case of Chapter Conferences this notification period is one week.]
Staff member substitutions may be made if the registered delegate is unable to attend. Where the registered delegate is an Educate Plus member and the event has an additional fee for non-members this will extra amount will be payable by the replacement delegate.
Educate Plus reserves the right to make last minute alterations to the program or speakers if necessary to ensure the success of our events.
