Here at Saint Ignatius’ College Riverview, we are starting up a mentoring program for our Alumni so I would be keen to hear how other Alumni Associations have managed their programs. At present, we are using Potentiality’s platform to register and gather the mentor information. This platform is designed to be self managing between the mentor and mentee but we are wanting to ensure the mentors are supported with resources by running workshops before they take an a mentee so we are not wanting the mentor/mentee to self match at this stage. Has anyone run a program like this and also has anyone run workshops for their mentors?
