We are a multi-campus school with over 5000 students so this is a huge event for us. Our Event Coordinator at each campus works in conjunction with the deputy of each department. Each department is given a ‘day and time slot’ and then they coordinate their own schedule.
KimMegan Davis, do you mind sharing what your wording is to advise parents of this. Is it on your website and contract?

I am interested in this too. We got to the stage of arranging to use docusign for HR and admissions however at the last minute management have decided that it may be best to use funnel for admissions instead. I’m still very concerned about how it records guardians and who can receive information and get the offers sent.Hi Lucy, we make offers constantly throughout the year and make them to families rather than individual students. When a family comes in for an interview, they receive their offer straight away. We may conduct over 20 a week across our 3 campuses. We’re finding that funnel is focused on the individual child and as such families will receive multiple emails for multiple children when chasing up documents etc.
We have reached more of a workaround since June but still not to the point of being able to make our offers.

We currently use Tass as our student database and Funnel for our application forms. We are looking at using Funnel for the full enrolment process but also have the issues with guardian and current family connections. Ideally it would be great if Synergetic and Tass both had the facility to send digital offers but I’m not hopeful.

We currently use TASS as our student database, digistorm enrol for our applications and give out or email our contracts to sign. We are looking at going digital with our signatures. We’ve looked into Funnel but because of how we make our offers it doesn’t look like this will work for us. Has anyone else used docusign that also uses Tass? I’d love to be able to have a phone call with someone to ask a few questions if possible. Also, I’d love to speak to anyone that uses EnrolHQ.

Our applications do not require a signature (other than the IP digital signature) but our Acceptance Contract does se we make sure that we always get full information from the start. We require 2 signatures unless there is a court order giving one parent sole guardianship. If one parent applies we ask for the other parent’s details and we send them a separate email notify them of enrolment. Obviously on some occasions, one parent will advise that they do not have contact details for the other parent and we save that email as a pdf for legal proof further down the track. It just protects you in the long run.
