It varies depending on the event, Bobbi. It’s not usually very high, but because we keep the survey consistent across events, and we aim to run consistent events, over time we’ve built a big enough sample size to inform our decisions. This also isn’t the only data point we use for assessing events. A very happy or unhappy attendee is much more likely to give feedback in a survey – these responses are valuable but they need to be put in context.
