Hi Jonas, do you happen to have a link to the relevant section of the Privacy Act? We are currently using an opt-out approach for all new students to the College, going forward, as we had found parents who were serious about “unticking” the boxes would do so, rather than having to deal with the scores that would overlook the question for no particular reason (creating a photo permission checking nightmare for engagement team on a regular basis).
