The Marketing team takes most of our photos, but we do also have a contract with an external professional photographer to capture major events or anything super important. The professional also comes in roughly once a year to do Marketing shoot for publications, website, advertising, etc.
The part we find hardest is keeping track of who is on the “No parent permission/no public photos” list!
