We are still unable to integrate with TASS, which is quite frustrating now as most of our enrolments come through online. How did your roll out go?

Our school is relatively ‘young’ and growing, so we are in a position where we do allow families to ‘defer’ ie from Prep to Year 7 entry, however, we advise that the child’s name is returned to the waiting pool (not a list so to speak) and that their name may not be retrieved if there aren’t any places for the year of entry.

We’ve had online applications for 2+ years through Digistorm. The application form is a pretty ‘chunky’ document (messy looking), but it currently serves its purpose, which is for interstate and overseas families to enrol when our office is closed. Can’t wait for the integration into TASS to happen, as that will reduce the amount of data entry carried out currently.

If the letter contains special conditions it is signed by our Principal, otherwise standard offer letters come from the Enrolments office.
