Sorry to highjack this thread. In relation to the messy import of family data from Funnel where a family already exists, I am interested to hear if anyone has sought assistance from Digistorm on this issue and what the outcome was. I am happy to receive a response outside this thread – jteichmann@allsouls.qld.edu.au
We use PCSchool as our SIS and Funnel for our online enrolment, orientation, events, letters of offer, contracts. We also have had issues with parent information, but I was thinking that it was a PCSchool “thing”, but I can see now it is potentially a Digistorm issue.
