Perhaps an option is to empower the parent groups to create and manage their own Trybooking accounts, so that it is removed from the School’s management and responsibility? Our P&F at All Saints’ manages their own TB account for events they are solely responsible for managing and promoting. Where it is a shared event, the College will manage it from our own TB account.

Hi – We waive the application fee ($150 currently) and provide a $100 uniform voucher after enrolment. We are considering in the future a discount on the endowment fee also, to further incentivise Alumni enrolments (43 year old school still building a heritage)
Sendible – has a good workflow and approvals tool that we use, and is reasonably priced. It could be better with categorising content / tags and can be cumbersome with video scheduling but otherwise is good. We used Sprout Social previously, which was very good but very expensive
