The Australian Ballet School is seeking a visionary Head of Development to lead our development strategy and secure vital financial support for our education and supporting programs.

This senior leadership role is responsible for overseeing all development activities, with a focus on increasing discretionary income, expanding our supporter base, and building meaningful partnerships.
