Scots All Saints College (Bathurst) is seeking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced Head of Advancement. The full-time position is to commence in Term 3 2024 or at a mutually convenient time. Accommodation may be available for the successful applicant if from outside the local area.

Scots All Saints College is an independent, co-educational multi-campus Preparatory-Year 12 day and boarding school located in Bathurst NSW. Enrolments have grown to almost 900 students, including over 140 secondary boarders who enjoy a nurturing and supportive residential environment while being educated by highly skilled academic, support and operational staff.

The College is a school of the Presbyterian Church of Australia and provides a rigorous and diverse academic program catering to the needs of academically advanced students, as well as students whose interests incline to vocational and practical subjects. High quality pastoral care provision fosters individual growth, self-understanding and well-being.

Both campuses feature contemporary learning spaces, especially for STEM and the Visual and Performing Arts, as well as for Technical and Applied Studies and Agriculture. POSITION OVERVIEW
The Head of Advancement will play a pivotal role in developing and nurturing relationships within the College and our wider community. Working to advance the College’s Mission, Values and Goals, the Head of Advancement will be a motivated and passionate professional with responsibility for the College’s admissions, marketing, communications, philanthropy, community engagement and partnerships including with past students. The Head of Advancement will provide leadership and manage all aspects of advancement for the College and the Advancement Team.

ESSENTIAL

• Relevant Tertiary Degree / Diploma qualification
• Proven record of accomplishment in fundraising and financial growth within an educational or non-profit setting
• Strong leadership and team management skills at a senior level, with the ability to lead and mentor professional staff
• Strategic marketing and communications experience
