Are you passionate about building relationships and creating exceptional experiences for families? Cornerstone College is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Enrolments Officer to join our Community Relations Team.
This full-time, permanent role is central to the College’s mission, guiding families through the enrolment journey with warmth, professionalism, and strategic insight. From initial inquiry to confirmed placement, you’ll be the welcoming face of Cornerstone, showcasing our values and educational offerings.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end enrolment process, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience for families.
- Support campus tours and coordinate enrolment interviews, transition events, and promotional activities
- Maintain accurate records using the College CRM.
- Collaborate with the Communications Officer to develop enrolment collateral and marketing materials.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to support student transitions and ensure enrolment data informs strategic planning.
About You
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a school or business environment, ideally within the independent education sector.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a natural ability to build rapport.
- High attention to detail and competency in CRM/database management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 and willing to learn College systems.
- A commitment to Christian values and the mission of Cornerstone College.

This is a Grade 4 position under the Lutheran Colleges Administration Officer classification, offering 4 weeks of annual leave and the opportunity to make a lasting impact.
