About the Position

The College prides itself on a high level of customer service and the relationships built with our students and families. Loreto College is seeking an experienced Enrolments Officer to work alongside the Enrolments Registrar and offer prospective and current families an exceptional level of service. 

The Enrolments Officer position is a twenty-five (25) hours per week term-time role (term time being when students are in attendance) plus an additional three weeks (two weeks prior to students commencing Term One and one week following students completing Term Four).

The role of the Enrolments Officer includes (but is not limited to):

  • Receiving and reviewing enrolment applications from prospective families
  • Follow-up with families regarding the progress of their applications or their waitlist status
  • Clerical support, including issuing of enrolment correspondence and coordination of correspondence coming into Enrolments
  • Liaising with families via telephone to answer any enrolment and related queries
  • Support the College Leadership Team by undertaking preparation for, and greeting visitors at Enrolment events, including tours, orientation days and the annual Open@Twilight
  • Maintaining accurate Enrolment records in various databases

The Enrolments Officer will have experience in an enrolment role in Education or a similar environment. You will possess exceptional customer services skills in supporting and anticipating the needs of students, families and visitors, as well as the ability to coordinate duties with the Enrolments Registrar to ensure a seamless delivery of services.

The successful candidate will be highly organised, an effective communicator and have a passion to work within a dynamic and busy work environment. The Enrolments Officer will have a demonstrated working knowledge of the MS Office Suite, and experience with Funnel and the College TASS database system would be highly desirable. 

Previous experience in an Enrolments position in Education or similar will be advantageous.
