About the Role
Redlands is seeking an experienced and dynamic Alumni and Community Relations Manager to join their Community Engagement team. Reporting to the Head of Community Engagement, this role will play a pivotal part in strengthening the lifelong connection between Redlands, its alumni, parents and the wider community.

Key Responsibilities
The Alumni and Community Relations Manager will:

• Develop and deliver a comprehensive alumni and parent engagement strategy.
• Act as the first point of contact for Redlands alumni, building strong local and global connections.
• Coordinate a vibrant calendar of alumni and community events, including reunions, mentoring programs and school tours.
• Support philanthropic initiatives by cultivating a culture of giving across the Redlands community.
• Manage alumni communications across digital, print, and social channels, including newsletters and social media.
• Liaise with the Alumni Advisory Committee (AAC), Redlands Parents and Friends Association (RPFA) and internal stakeholders to support community initiatives.

About You
The ideal candidate will bring:

• Outstanding relationship management and communication skills.
• A degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or similar (or equivalent experience).
• Experience in stakeholder engagement, brand marketing and CRM systems (Redlands use Engage and Raiser’s Edge).
• Strong project management skills with the ability to deliver initiatives on time and within budget.
• A collaborative and proactive mindset, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Experience in the education sector and/or philanthropy is desirable.
