We have a Compliance Manager that is responsible for the compilation of all government reporting. Having said that, the Admissions team is involved in providing and checking data for the February and August Census. The August Census involves input from many departments, including Admissions, HR and our Individual Programs team for the NCCD before it is uploaded and declared by the Executive Principal. Admissions is responsible for all Special Circumstances applications. Depending on the size of your school and the quality of data it can be an extensive process to ensure an accurate Census declaration. The Commonwealth does audit schools regularly so it is important to have accurate data and evidence to support the data.
