We insist on withdrawal notice of one full term as detailed in the Conditions of Enrolment.
Full fees must be paid to maintain a place through a leave of absence which is between one and three terms.
For absences of one calendar year or longer parents can enter into a Holding Fee arrangement. This happens regularly when students choose to have a year at Timbertops in Year 9. The Holding Fee is calculated as the first five weeks at full fees plus the remainder of the time (minimum of one year) at 25% of fees. We have had cases of families moving overseas for up to three years who have paid the Holding Fees for the entire time. This is the only way to guarantee a return to their enrolment.
