We use AI in Premiere to edit via transcription, which is very handy. We also occasionally generate graphics, but often don’t love the results so can feel like a waste of time compared to what our internal designer/illustrator can come up with that’s spot on for the job at hand. Most of our AI use is ChatGPT/Co-Pilot for refinement of content, suggestions, paraphrasing. Mostly for quick shaping of transcriptions or pulling nuggets for content stacking.

We have also tested AI photo enhancement services before, but the terms and conditions around the machine learning side meant you were essentially signing over permission for use. Essentially, images you uploaded could be used to influence outcomes for other generated images. It was fairly anti-privacy. So never got past the test phase as we wouldn’t want a community member’s face appearing on someone else’s generated image.
