Hi Rebekah,
We’ve created a couple of microsites for our clients for on-boarding or welcoming new families. It’s generally worthwhile building a microsite when you have 10+ pages of content, due to the overhead of setting one up. A factor is your audience and what you’d like to achieve.
If you’re using a EDM platform such as Campaign Monitor or Mailchimp you can setup an automated customer journey to encourage filling out form(s), supplying documents or completing some other goal. Once the goal is completed you can send a final ‘thanks’ email or link to further useful info.
