We are using Synergetic and Funnel and, from an admissions perspective, they work really well together. We use Funnel for all applications, tour bookings, enrolment meeting bookings, and offers. We import the applications from Funnel into Synergetic as an xml file, where we can then manage our waiting lists and finalised enrolments ready to roll over to current students for when they start. I’ve found the Synergtic helpdesk to be really helpful, and their online courses accessable. I also like that we can make some changes to the setup in-house where required.
Synergetic is then the ‘source of truth’ for all student information. We have Consent 2 Go for medical and excursion management, Schoolbox as our LMS / parent and staff portal, and Timetabler. The data sharing between these platform can be tricky and our comms team are investigating other options vs better utilisation of these platforms and their functionality.
