How do you engage with your internal stakeholders to determine what is available for sponsorship?
Methodologies for identifying opportunities for sponsorship?
Are these restricted to scholarships and capital expenses, educational programs or other?
How best to manage the relationship between a sponsor and the school…
What is the position in relation to event sponsorship?
Is there anything off limits in regards to sponsorship (ie fossil fuels, fast food, etc)
And finally, how do you manage parent support groups and their desire to fundraise through sponsorship (are there any parameters insofar as amount, organisation, etc?).
I have SO many questions… an dam up for further conversations at the EducatePlus conference if anyone is interested in brainstorming this?
