At Penrhos College we are currently implementing Toucan Tech after a rigorous assessment of a number of CRM systems. We are using this not only for alumni and community engagement, but also purchased the fundraising module so that we can create donor profiles, giving propensity and manage our campaigns and appeal.
The UX is very good and intuitive, and the support from the Toucan Tech team in regards to implementation, training and data migration has been excellent to date.
