It has recently come back to sit with me in Marketing and Comms as well.
Having said that, my principal was clear it was a coordinating responsibility, and various areas still manage their own timetabling for photos etc.
I manage the relationship with the photographer, set the overall school photo days and the Director Operations/Co-Curricular manages cc lists, and Junior and Secondary schools manage the rest.
It is a decent time commitment I must admit… but there is no obvious place within our school structure for it to sit, so it has bounced around a bit.
