Hi Joel, we allow our captains to do a ‘takeover’ of instagram a couple of times a year. They can only post to our story and have a set of guidelines about what content is allowed etc. Those posts are always hugely popular with our students and gain a lot more eyeballs than many of our official posts, so they help grow the subscriber base. Almost every year the captains ask for their own page and it’s a straight no, given the issues that would create for ongoing supervision and oversight, not to mention potential reputational risk.
