To overcome this issue I created a MS Query for the Follow Up activies. Similar to the Crystal Report but as the spreadsheet is linked to Synergetic, you can refresh the document at will! The idea being that you add activies during the week and open the spreadsheet on a Monday see any follow up activites pending for that week.
