Our newsletter is the body of the email, and our open rate hovers around 62%, with a wide audience including current and previous community members. It’s fortnightly, we break down top dates and key info without the need to click, and our click rate across our feature pieces and Principal Op Eds that link to our website average around 10-15% unique clicks, depending on the article. We also try to content stack everything, so we look at the larger picture of how a story is tracking across multiple platforms and whether we need to adjust our overall strategy. Hope that helps.
