Legally, we looked it to this some time ago and the advice is you need both signatures not only for fees and agreement with the relevant policies, but permission from both parents to enrol their children as well, regardless of their relationship status. We won’t enrol a student unless we have both signatures unless there is a compelling reason not too eg. Court Order, which we receive a copy of.
