We are in the process of rolling out Funnel. It has been valuable in managing events, sending out post event comms and capturing lead information, but we are still exploring its full functionality across the admissions pipeline. There are still several areas in movement throughout the pipeline which rely on manual changes/updates and we have issues with creation of duplicate leads when parents might register for events or complete application forms with different names (e.g. Mike instead of Michael) and although all other details (email/phone number) match, the system will create another lead, which then has to be merged – which is messy and time-consuming.
