When I started in this role, our Principal’s PA was doing a pdf newsletter which we moved to Mailchimp and she has found it super easy to use – it did not take her long at all to learn what to do because the blocks are already there. I think the most I did for her was set up a template with a header and a contents/subheadings and every fortnight she just drops content and photos into it and couldn’t be happier. I’ve also used Hail in another [non-school] role and that was pretty straightforward as well.
