We used Schoolzine a while ago. The platform is fine from my minimal use. We did a deep dive into our communications at the time and discovered the newsletter’s readership could have been higher (sometimes as low as 30%). After some discussions, we got rid of our newsletter altogether. We communicate news via Social Media, we communicate operations needs via our School App, and any longer form articles go in a magazine we publish three times per year.
Interestingly, we have not had one complaint and the staff are okay with writing an article three times a year.
