People & Culture Stream: Deep Dive into ‘Respect @ Work’ and ‘Right to Disconnect’

Join us for an engaging and interactive People & Culture Special Interest Group (SIG) led by Ben Foley, Director, Legal and Assurance at St Peters Lutheran College. This is the perfect event to follow on from the Reforms in the Workplace webinar Ben is delivering on 1 May.

This session will provide a platform to delve deeper into the ‘Respect @ Work’ and the ‘Right to Disconnect’ reforms relative to your institution.

At this SIG, we will:

·         Explore practical applications of these reforms within the unique context of Queensland school environments.

·         Discuss real-world scenarios and strategies for implementing these changes effectively across your teams and broader school community.

·         Provide a space for open dialogue, allowing you to share insights, challenges, and successes related to these critical workplace reforms.

This is an invaluable opportunity for People & Culture practitioners, as well as other school staff involved in managing these crucial aspects of school operations, to enhance their understanding and implementation strategies. Enhance your professional development and ensure your school is on the forefront of these important changes.

We look forward to a productive discussion and to sharing effective practices that will benefit our school communities.
