Purpose: Professional Development opportunity for local Wellington-based members. Focus on Arts fundraising
Objectives:
- Provide professional development and opportunity for networking and support among members
- Provide an overview of the 2017 Educate Plus International Conference in Auckland
Format: Seminar followed by drinks and nibbles function
Speaker: Simon Bowden from the Arts Foundation will provide insights on how Arts industry funding is evolving based on his experience both in the US and here in New Zealand. Additional perspectives on social media trends including the Boosted arts funding platform will be discussed.
