The Global Communities Coordinator supports MACS schools with all aspects of international student enrolments, including Commonwealth Register of Institutions and Courses for Overseas Students (CRICOS) compliance, application assessments, visa guidance, agent engagement, child safety requirements, and the coordination of short- and long-term study programs. The role works closely with school-based leadership and administrative staff to support seamless enrolment processes, compliance, and student monitoring This position ensures the quality, safety, and compliance of the MACS international student program and contributes to building a vibrant pipeline of culturally diverse student enrolments, aligned with our mission and system growth goals.

In addition to supporting international student enrolments, the Global Communities Coordinator fosters inclusive community engagement across MACS schools. This includes supporting local family engagement, strengthening parish partnerships, contributing to school events, and advancing broader enrolment strategies aligned with MACS2030.
