Mentone Grammar is a dynamic ELC through to Year 12 co-educational School, with a proud history dating back to the 1920s. ABOUT THE ROLE
Mentone Grammar is seeking a talented and driven Publications & Content Specialist to join our dynamic Advancement team!
Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, this key role leads the creation of the School’s major publications and stakeholder communications. From yearbooks and magazines to newsletters and digital campaigns, you’ll craft compelling, on-brand content that celebrates our vibrant school community and connects with audiences across multiple platforms.
We’re looking for someone with exceptional writing, editing, and content planning skills – someone who thrives on storytelling and knows how to bring ideas to life with clarity and creativity.
This is a full-time, ongoing position, and you’ll be required during both term time and school holidays. The role is set to commence on 29 September 2025, with a brief handover period to support a smooth transition.

ABOUT YOU
– Tertiary qualification in professional communication, writing and editing, marketing, communications or other relevant discipline
– Previous hands-on experience in a similar content or publications role
– Experience in a school setting is advantageous but not essential
– Must hold or be willing to obtain a Working with Children Check and undergo a Police check
– Demonstrates a positive outlook, high emotional intelligence, and exceptional interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build authentic, collaborative, and productive relationships
– Brings a team-oriented mindset, a sense of humour, and a willingness to engage in the broader life of the School community
