We’re seeking a dynamic and strategic Communications and Marketing professional to join the wider Community Engagement team. You’ll drive marketing initiatives, manage social media platforms and oversee creative projects that reflect the heart of Trinity.

About The Role
As a key leader within the Community Engagement Team, the role of the Communications & Marketing Manager is to lead the planning, creation and delivery of the School’s communications, publications, marketing collateral and media activity. The goal is to ensure the School’s brand is clear, compelling and consistent, strengthening enrolment demand, enhancing community engagement
Key Responsibilities include:
Lead and implement marketing and communication strategies
Oversee visual design, publications, and digital content
Oversee creative projects such as the school website, digital campaigns, publications and branded merchandise
Guide a small creative team and collaborate across departments
Manage media inquiries and responses
Qualifications and Expertise
5+ years’ experience in marketing and communications
Tertiary qualifications in marketing, communications, journalism or similar
A current Employee Working with Children Check
A strategic, analytical thinker and creative problem-solver with the ability to convert big-picture vision into clear, actionable plans
Strong digital marketing and design skills (Adobe Suite, CMS, SEO, EDM and Social Media platforms)
Easily able to manage and adapt in an ever-changing environment
A deep understanding of brand management, digital marketing, analytics and contemporary media practices is expected
A confident and collaborative communicator and leader, able to influence stakeholders at all levels and represent the School with integrity
