Tess Palmyre
Tess Palmyre is the Founder of Brandable and DEI Lead for WAMA, supporting purpose-led organisations to embed diversity, equity and inclusion into brand strategy and communications. A former secondary school teacher with 15 years in the classroom and more than a decade in marketing and communications, she brings experience across education, health, First Nations and not-for-profit sectors, helping leaders align values, culture and messaging with integrity.
Known for her clear, pragmatic approach to inclusive branding, Tess moves beyond surface representation to ensure institutions genuinely reflect and serve their communities. She has advised national clients including P&N Bank, Foodbank WA and volunteering state and territory peak bodies, and was named on the 2025 AdNews Champions of Change Power List for her impact in the DEI space.
Proudly Seychelles-born and based on Noongar Country in Western Australia, she is also a foster mum to two young Noongar sisters.
