Richard Goater BA (Hons), Dip Ed, M.Ed.Man, PhD has spent much of the past decade researching leadership, team dynamics and the impact of transformational influence in groups.

His passion is to support others extend their leadership potential so that they can better facilitate and sustain the needs of their teams and organisations.

Richard’s focus is to raise collective awareness around the importance of shared leadership practices and an understanding that what we achieve, how we think and perceive our leadership capabilities is influenced by the leadership behaviours and expectations of those around us.
