Rachel Dalton

Rachel Dalton is Director of Advancement at St Catherine’s College at UWA and Curtin University, where she leads the College’s fundraising, partnerships and alumni engagement strategy, and is supporting the establishment of the College’s new national AI institute. A senior marketing, admissions and communications leader with extensive experience across the education and not-for-profit sectors, Rachel has driven brand growth, stakeholder engagement and equity-focused initiatives throughout her career.

Previously Director of Marketing, Admissions and Communications, she led a College-wide rebrand, launched a new website and online application portal, and strengthened pathways for First Nations and underrepresented students through strategic university and community partnerships. Rachel is recognised for building high-impact collaborations across schools, universities, charities and government, and for leading teams that deliver measurable outcomes. She is passionate about using communication and partnerships to expand opportunity and deliver meaningful outcomes in education.
