Nicole De Vries

Nicole de Vries is an established executive leader with more than 15 years’ experience across independent schools, with a track record in strategic planning, sustainable enrolment growth, innovative marketing campaigns, and leading high-performing teams.

In her current role as Director of Advancement at Ipswich Girls’ and Junior Grammar School, Nicole is responsible for developing a comprehensive enrolment growth strategy, a strengthened brand narrative through community relations, and an enhanced customer experience. She has led award-winning identity projects, innovative marketing campaigns, and most recently, an international award-winning rebrand.

Nicole is a Fellow of EducatePlus, a Judge for the InspirED Brilliance Awards, and a Trainer for the EducatePlus Advanced Practitioners Program.

Passionate about the power of education and the role of people in shaping it, she is known for bringing creativity, clarity, and energy to every project she leads. She also admits to having an unhealthy addiction to coffee and hot chips.
