Kathryn Marshall
Kathryn is the Fundraising Director for the Canterbury West Coast Air Rescue Trust and its sister organisation, the New Zealand Flying Doctor Trust, a role she has held for over four years. Originally from London, she has called Christchurch home for the past nine years.
With more than 30 years’ experience as a professional fundraiser, Kathryn has worked with leading hospitals, universities, and charities across the UK and New Zealand. Throughout her career, she has helped organisations turn purpose into action – connecting strategy, storytelling, and real world impact to drive meaningful results.
Passionate about advancing community health, Kathryn is deeply committed to ensuring people in all regions have fair and equitable access to essential healthcare services.
