We currently have an exciting opportunity for a passionate and experienced Foundation Executive Officer to join our team.
Reporting to the College Foundation Chair and Aquinas College Principal this role will drive the mission and vison of the Aquinas College Foundation, fostering meaningful relationships with alumni, families and the wider community.
Responsibilities will include:
- Leading stewardship and fundraising initiatives aligned with Foundation strategic goals.
- Managing financial and governance responsibilities, including Company Secretary duties.
- Coordinating events, campaigns, and communications across digital and print platforms.
- Building strong relationships with alumni, donors, and stakeholder
The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate:
- Proven experience in fundraising, stakeholder engagement, and administration.
- Strong communication, planning, and problem-solving skills.
- High level interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Canva, and digital marketing platforms.
- A tertiary qualification in a relevant field will be highly regarded.
- Commitment to child safety, Catholic values and the ethos of the College, and Edmund Rice charism.
- A current Working with Children Check and National Police Clearance or be willing to obtain one.
