It is a fully co-educational, IB World School and comprises three schools in one; Junior (Years 1-6), Middle (Years 7-10) and Senior (Years 11-13). The role:
Reporting to the Director of Advancement, this role is pivotal in shaping the strategic direction that will significantly bolster the financial support of the College. You will lead a well-resourced and dynamic team, (Development Manager and Commercial Manager), working within a team of nine including alumni, marcoms and events – all aligned with a bold new strategy and direction for the Advancement team.
Your key responsibilities will include developing and executing comprehensive fundraising plans, managing a comprehensive mid, major and principal gift portfolio, spearheading innovative campaigns, cultivating impactful donor relationships, forging strategic partnerships, and fostering a culture of philanthropy that resonates across the entire College community.
You will need the following:
• Successful track record of working with high net-worth individual donors, and stewarding 6-7 figure gifts
• Experience in annual giving, planned giving, trusts and foundations, and corporate sponsorship
• Experience managing and coaching a team of two or more specialist fundraisers
• Proven experience in fundraising campaigns and donor stewardship with a history of achieving fundraising goals
• Superior organisational and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities
