Hi Kay. We still produce a yearbook and it is valued by families as a keepsake but in a recent comms survey some said they would like a digital version either in addition to or instead of a hard copy. I suggest you send out a survey before making any changes as you can then lean on the results to justify your decision. Other options might include doing smaller yearbooks for each school (potentially lower printing cost) and offering a free digital copy and then charging for a hard copy.
