Thanks for that! I was thinking something similar – in your consent form, do you recognise AI at all? Does your newsletter get shared on social media or do you keep it on an internal, school community platform only eg only via email.
The students signing as well is something I’ve been questioning because I feel like at a certain age they should be able to say yay or nay themselves – it is after all, their image that is being used not their parents. Do you have every student also sign or is it above a certain age? and what do you do if the parents say one thing and the student says another? or do you recommend the parents and students do it together?
