Thanks for your reply. We have a strong style and visual identity guide and templates for everything including Canva that our staff are very diligent in using (well most of them!) — but AI has raised issues that have never had to be addressed before. For example, now a member of staff can very easily generate a cartoon student dressed in the College uniform to promote an event or activity, for example. It’s in the correct colours (vaguely) and the crest on the jumper so it must be okay, right? 😆 We are always keeping abreast of technology changes, and this is just another example, but I’d rather be on the front foot to avoid any potential problems by having a working policy.
