I’m at small University in NZ, we don’t ahve a big alumni network and so setting up a US charitable turst and 501(c)3 would be challenging for us. We have partnered with Chapel & York for our US and UK donors, Its not cheap but at the moment with limited philanthropic activity from those areas its working ok for us.
