Thank you so much for sharing your experience. I agree—based on what we’ve seen so far, Canva for Education doesn’t provide strong controls or management functionality. At this stage, it appears that anyone within the team (even when admin staff are listed as ‘students’) can edit the brand kit, which is not ideal. That said, we’re continuing to explore the back end and are hopeful we’ll find a workaround.
At this point, in Canva for Education, there doesn’t seem to be any workflow approval process, users can edit templates and download them without final approval. We’ll keep investigating this further though.
