we produce a a fortnightly publication using Naavi eNewsletters. For us it is a combination of thought leadership, upcoming events, recaps, celebrations and sharing photo galleries.
The Comms teams coordinates and produces some of the content, but the main articles are from Executive members, which we edit for readability/presentation. Our challenge is generally making their content present in a mobile friendly more simple style.
I really like the platform we use – it is simple, flexible and we have been able to create multiple publications including student created newsletters as part of their learning. The ability to search through archived issues, the language translation function, and suitability for all device types are all key fetaures.
Just haven’t mastered the “make them all read it” factor yet…
