Our school takes a slightly different approach – we have a flexible uniform style for non-teaching staff (with guidelines – certain colours/styles), and have provided our logo to a few local embroidery/uniform shops. Staff purchase their own uniforms within the guidelines, and if they would like the cost reimbursed (up to a certain amount per year), they take their garment and get it embroidered locally, then submit the invoice for the garment and embroidery.
Maybe something like that could work for you!
