We have the usual 3 DGR Funds, an Endowment Fund that does not have DGR status sitting in one structure, and an external PuAF governed by an independent Board with our School as the sole beneficiary (I am Company Secretary). I have made a recommendation to our Board to get DGR status for our Endowment Fund (whether PuAF or other) so that we will have the exact structure you’re looking at. I am now putting together the business case. In my research I discovered that Caulfield Grammar has the exact structure you’re looking at but in the early days of ‘deploying it’. We could get those interested onto a call… I’d be keen to connect, assist and swap notes.
