I’m following this thread with interest as we are about to develop our own questionnaire for similar reasons. We get very little information from the early childhood education centres that our 5 year olds come from, even though our teachers visit the students there before they start with us. I’d be very interested to see the questions you and others are asking of this age group if anyone is prepared to share?
